There is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three manifestations: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ was truly God and truly man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.
The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age, to convict humankind of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service. Human beings were created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost, and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.
The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe. Only those who receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and thus, become children of God. The personal, pre-millennial, and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ is our hope and has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer.

The Lord’s Supper is a memorial service setting forth in a sacred and symbolic manner the death of the Lord Jesus Christ; all true believers and only believers should share in it.
Elaine is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Theology program. She is the founder and executive director of Transforming Love Ministries and She Steps Forward. Both organizations are working to empower and equip the next generation of faith-based female leaders here in the U.S. and Africa. Through her ministry, Elaine offers one-on-one leadership coaching, business coaching, and strategic planning to faith-based, female entrepreneurs. She annually hosts the She Steps Forward Women’s Conference in both the United States and Kenya.
In 2022, her nonprofit will be doing local outreach by supporting U.S. based, female-led organizations that assist young girls or women to move forward in life. Internationally, her organizations will be supporting an orphanage, a girls’ rescue home, a community health initiative targeting teenage girls, as well as a local disability center in Nairobi, Kenya.
After completing her Masters, she plans to enroll in the DMIN in Spirit-filled Global Leadership in the African Diaspora program. Both degrees will enable her to set a firm foundation for the future work of her ministry/non-profit. Elaine enrolled at JDS because of the school’s emphasis on excellence, leadership, and worldwide vision in ministry.
My name is Al J. McGilvery and I am a current student at Jakes Divinity School (JDS), where I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology. My interest in pursuing this opportunity is because I believe that in order to be of better help to someone, you must first help yourself. As far as my career goes I am a musician and minister who is seeking to better serve my surroundings concerning the knowledge I am obtaining. What inspired me to do this all is really hard to explain in a good way, but I will say I know the Lord has led me here to this table because I had other plans. Having said that, when I graduate I do plan to continue to spread the Gospel and encourage people to get spiritually literate here at JDS.
Dr. Thomas S. Cooper was called to be a minister of the gospel in 1993. Over the past 25 years he has committed his life to the Lord Jesus Christ and the work of the ministry. Within that time, Dr. Cooper has worked endlessly to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through various avenues of ministry. Dr. Cooper has been commissioned to take God’s word into the land so that His people can be healed and know that there is victory in Jesus. He aims to impart into the heart of men and women that no matter what the problem, you can be delivered from it
In his quest to pursue education and biblical training, he has earned one secular degree and three accredited theological degrees. He was a student, then faculty member at the Hugee Theological Institute in New York City serving as an undergraduate instructor in Biblical Studies. He has since received his Doctorate in Theology from the Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia in August 2014. He is now the president of the Inspired Word Bible College – School of Ministry & Leadership located in the Bronx NY.
Adding to this list of achievements, Dr. Cooper is a published author. In May 2017 he re-released the deluxe addition of his first book entitled “The Process for the Product – Enduring the Season of Spiritual Maturity” where he shares insight through his personal experiences as well as the process of spiritual maturity.
Dr. Cooper is married to the beautiful Lynnette Cooper, the father of two wonderful daughters Lynna’Sha Victoria and Tyla Syrae’ and resides in Orange county New York. Presently, he serves as Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Temple in the Bronx, New York. He attributes his achievements to the Lord whom he affirms is his strength and faithfully declares, “Without God, I would be nothing”.
Jessie Saintcyr is the Principal and Owner of Saintcyr Consulting, a management consulting company specializing in Leadership Development, Human Resource Solutions, and Diversity and Inclusion Strategies. She is an employment attorney and former HR executive with nearly 20 years of organizational and board-level leadership experience. Before Saintcyr Consulting, Jessie served as the Chief Administrative Officer/Assistant Secretary of Human Resources for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation under Governor Charles Baker from 2015 – 2018. Prior to her tenure at the Department of Transportation, she served as Assistant Treasurer and was appointed Deputy Treasurer under Massachusetts State Treasurer, Steven Grosman from 2011 – 2015. Jessie is a student in the Master of Strategic Leadership program at Jakes Divinity School in partnership with North Central University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is a Massachusetts Bar member. She is a graduate and Board Trustee of Gordon College. Jessie previously served as Board Director for Freedom House and YMCA Training, Inc and was the lead Deacon for Jubilee Christian Church in Boston. Jessie relocated to Irving Texas in 2019. She is a member of the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff grew up pursuing a music career in R&B music, moved to Nashville TN and ventured into the Christian recording industry which led him back to the church in which he would later convert his musical passions over to the worship ministry of One Seed Church which is called One Seed Worship.
Over many years fighting the calling to plant a church, Jeff led worship in many churches and finally took action on His calling for ministry further by launching One Seed Church in January of 2018.

My name is Jeffery White, I am 34 years old and I live in Ponder, Texas with my wife of 10 years, Jamie and our 4 dogs. I currently attend school full time pursuing my bachelor’s degree in church leadership. I work in sales full time and work full time as the Director of Social Media at Friendship Church of Denton Texas. I enrolled in JDS in April of 2020 after watching Bishop Jakes sermon “Chain Breaker”. I am excited to be an ambassador for JDS to be able to talk to other people that may be interested in pursuing ministry and the opportunities JDS has to offer.
