Payment Acknowledgement & Financial Agreement

As a doctoral student enrolled at Jakes Divinity School, I understand and agree that by registering for classes, I accept full financial responsibility for all tuition and fees associated with my enrollment, regardless of attendance or academic performance. I understand that I may choose to pay all tuition and fees in full at the time of enrollment or select a payment plan if available. By selecting a payment plan, I agree to make my installment payments on the 15th of each month until paid in full.

I understand that failure to fulfill this financial obligation on time may result in me being dropped from my courses and/or a hold being placed on my account, preventing me from registering for the next term, thereby jeopardizing my ability to complete the program on time.

Doctoral students officially dropping and/or withdrawing, or dropped at the discretion of the instructor, during a regular 15-week session are eligible for a refund of tuition according to the JDS Refund Policy | Doctoral programs.

Refund requests outside the standard policy due to medical emergencies, military deployment, or other serious situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Documentation will be required.

Please note: Adherence to this policy is mandatory regardless of the student’s acknowledgement of receipt below.
